Funeral services for Mr. Walter Mayes will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 12 noon at Zion Hope Baptist Church. Pastor Lenard Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in Little Sandy Cemetery. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the church. Wills' Funeral Service of Northport is in charge of all arrangements.
