Funeral services for Mr. Javan Billups will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, at 1 p.m. in the main Chapel of Wills' Funeral Service. Burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens. Wills' Funeral Service of Northport is in charge of all arrangements.

Public viewing will be held Thursday from 12 noon to 5 p.m.
Flower times are Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
