Funeral services for Deacon Frank Haley Jr. will be held Friday, October 27, 2023, at 11 am at Zion Grove Baptist Church burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Pastor Quinton German will officiate. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the church. Wills' Funeral Service of Northport is in charge of all arrangements.
